The Mailtraq Support Group - Mailtraq Resources Mailing lists thrive on active participation, with people contributing their ideas, problems, solutions and shared experiences. There is also much to be gained from lurking (receiving messages only). It's a good way of picking up hints and tips and you can learn much from the solutions offered to other subscribers with problems. Don't be worried about subscribing, therefore. You don't have to do anything more than read the distributed messages and take advantage of any archives which may be available - nobody will be hounding you to make a contribution. All the mailing lists mentioned below are hosted using Mailtraq and are completely secure. You have no need to fear that your email address will be passed on to third parties. Not one of these lists has ever received a single item of junk mail. Your first port of call for help with Mailtraq is Alan English's support list. There are also quite a number of experienced, long term users of Mailtraq on Alan's list so there's every chance that your message will be dealt with promptly. Alan announces new versions of Mailtraq on the list so it's well worth subscribing just to keep up with events.
